There has been only one guy in my life that I know of that has quite a big load. It's not a turnoff at all for me. I always joke that he should go into porn since it's uncommon. Salty is normal. Most come tastes salty. Cum varies from guy to guy. Any sweet food or sugary foods will help but will not turn the come completely sweet. It's all on preferance. Here's a tip though.
