im not voting because this is such a funny question alright so it should at the lest be 4 inches other wise ur not normal but if I seen a penis that was only 4 inches I personally wouldn't touch it

There really is no magic size chart. It all depends on the rest of your stats (height, weight, etc.)
I was 7 inches at your age and it really didn't get any bigger. I think it also makes a difference if you are circumcised or not. One trick if you are smaller is to shave your pubes. Don't worry about your size though as you will find a partner who thinks its just perfect.
