There are a number of techniques, all of which have side effects, some serious.
A few of the pills do in fact work, finding the good ones amidst the crap can be a challenge however, and most of those companies have nothing in the way of customer support, some going so far as just being scams with no product at all. The pills are also highly variable person to person, and to most will have only small effect.
Manual techniques (pumps, weights, etc) are very successful, but have very little (if any) effect on erect size, instead only increasing flaccid size by physically stretching the tissue. Extreme stretching can lead to erectile dysfuntion or in extreme cases the complete inability the have an erection
Plastic surgery is virtually guaranteed to increase size, but again, most of the gains are in flaccid size, not erect size, and surgery has the extreme risk of causing erectile dyfunction, or worse of damaging the nerves, making both erection and pleasure impossible.
The best method, quite honestly, is frequent use. The influx of blood during erection stimulates tissue growth. The gains will be small and slow to come compared to other methods, plus the tissue will return to it's previous size if you do not keep stick with it.
My advice: don't spend any money on this, you'll likely never see it again, and never get anything for it.
