Assuming you mean sleeping after the deed... I personally don't like being totally naked. I enjoy laying around naked for awhile, but prefer getting up at some point before I pass out to throw something on. For me it has more to do with comfort than confidence. I like gowns and panties or a cute pj set. I'm not picky about covers- just as long as I have some.
I don't know about others, but we sleep naked and cuddle, it just feels more special. If it's too hot, we only use a sheet, if it's cold we use a blanket, but we do share.
