Honestly there are so many different positions that there would be no way to go into them here. The best thing is to look online, or even get a book (like the Kama Sutra), they have lots of positions, and more importantly pictures that are easier to follow than directions.
Also, experiment. That is the most fun part of any sexual relationship. Best advice, set aside an entire day, and commit to finding 35 different, enjoyable positions. Just make sure to keep a lot of water and food handy,... you don't want to dehydrate after all.

Definitely some place relaxing, but noting too distracting. a casual place to eat sounds nice, maybe a park or something afterwards. I like being able to look into someone's eyes, and then walking would give me a chance to talk. I'd end the first date light, simple hug is fine.
