For the guys, please tell me what you think about chicks that are so skinny that you can see their ribs? Because almost every guy I know is turned on by super skinny girls ..i just don't understand I'm not skinny but not fat either and it's not fair... why are guys like this?

It's because every guy wants that girl that they can "tear" apart... if they are skinny... then they are tight and can be controlled. If they are bigger they seem to be more padded, loose and harder to be set in line.
