Guys do NOT just think about sex. Sure sex is nice, but not the most important thing in a relationship! If you are feeling this way, I would talk to him to see what's up...if he acts like an ass about it, dump him and find a guy that's in the relationship for you, not for sex.

First, not all teenage guys are like that. You've just had bad luck so far.
Second, for the guys that are like that, it's mostly just the teenage guys that are like that. Grown men don't typically behave that way.

Everyone likes sex, but at your age more guys than girls want sex. If you really like him and he wants to "use you" don't do it. Have sex because you want to do it, not because someone is pressuring you to. You are also kind of young, think about all the risks involved before you do something like that. Be safe and go slow.

Like sweet said, there different people with different personality's so not all guys are looking for sex, well not only for sex in girls.
