A guy can hold off having an orgasm to some degree but that depends on how much stimulation he's getting. Also, just because you pull out DOES NOT mean the girl won't get pregnant. Probably all men have Precum, and within it is sperm, so don't think pulling out makes you safe.

yes a guy can hold his load "or I should say some cause some guys are premature ejaculaters," but not all of it. some of it tends to get by and its mostly pre-cum. being able to hold his load takes practice or he could just stop seconds before he get the urge to let lose. the pill nore the pull out method doesn't prevent the risk of getting an std though.
Since everyone seems to have addressed the bad method of pulling out and the risk of STDs, I'll concentrate on the other part. Guys can hold their orgasm for a bit, but not too long. Still, there are other fluids before that and they have sperm. There is a "Dry orgasm" method for men, which involves a medical precision when pushing on this one exact area by the prostrate. I know of only one person who has been able to pull it off though, as it takes MAJOR precision and anatomical understanding as well as constant pressure on that area. NOT recommended.
If a guy puts his penis in a girl's vagina, he is putting some sperms there in his precum. Pulling out is such a lame way to prevent getting preggers! He will leave even more sperms in there and the girl is even more likely to get preggers! When a guy starts to come he can't stop. Kinda like when you have to sneeze. You can't hold it and neither can he.
Taking birth control can help you keep from getting preggers but if he wears a condom then the chances are even less. A great idea for a girl who's 14, I think! Thank god I didn't get preggers back then!
BTW, having sex is a great way to get an STD - sexually transmitted disease, that is. DUH! That's another way that condoms are good things. They make a barrier between partners that germs and viruses and stuff can't cross over.

I am pretty sure they can hold the majority of it, but there always is pre-cum, which can get you preggers just as much as the full load. If I were your friend I would check out a planned parenthood and talk to a doctor about getting on some form of birth control.

The fact that she's on birth control is a major plus to the fact that he's pulling out. I would have to say that if he's unwilling to wear a condom, then the process they are using is the best for reducing chances of pregnancy. Although with that said, she needs to make sure she is using it the right way and also keep in mind the risk of STDs. Birth control can not prevent you from getting sick. - 2 months ago
