Blue balls is real, it is called prostatic congestion. If you go without sex and jacking off, how long until they start aching? Just wondering if it is about the same for all of us. I think it depends on how often you do it normally, but I guess I'm gonna find out.
Update: Just curious, really, for me it takes about 3 days. I'm just wondering if this is normal or average or something else. At the end of the 3rd day I can feel the back of them start to ache.

It probably depends, like you say, on how often you do it normally. I know that I can go a long time without sex, not my choice of course, and without "jacking off". Of course, once stress becomes unbearable it is nice releasing it through the latter. Of course if I could get the sex I wouldn't even consider blue balls.
