ok so my boyfriend and I have been sexually active for about 9 months. we have amazing sex, no doubt about it. I know he enjoys it as much as I do. I'm just afraid that he is eventually/starting to get bored with me. so I was wondering how I can spice things up a bit and keep him interested in me? we've done just about everything/every position imaginable. and every time we have sex it's different. I was thinking about trying to be more aggressive and trying to take control more because I've been told that guys find that hot. but I'm not really the controlling type and I feel weird. I guess I'm kinda afraid of how he's going to react and whether or not this is going to turn him on?

You can probably spice it up by getting into have fun doing other things than having sex. Sex between girlfriend/boyfriends can get pretty boring after they're done about everything for awhile and think that better techniques is the answer but find out that doesn't work either. It takes love and commitment to keep it being better and being better. I read on here about how girls and guys wanting to do anal and others being so concerned about swallowing. It's like they're at the end of their limits already as to what they can do to keep their relationships fun and exciting or make them more so. Of course an option is dumping the one you have and start the cycle over with another partner. I'd say to keep going what you now have and be looking at how to keep your relationship healthy and alive and happy. Of course there's nothing wrong with learning new sexual techniques but I don't think that'll do it by itself. I have the feeling that since you asked this question you're starting to have doubts already about it faltering some in the near future. That's a sign to try strengthening your relationship in other ways.

Communicate with him. ask him to tell you fantasies or desires . . . try different things like role play? bondage? talking dirty to him? different positions. . .? different places to have sex? you may also try like watching a porno flick together and then having sex seeing if there is something that he likes on the video and you guys can try it. some guys do enjoy when a women is in control I mean all you can really do it try it or talk with him about it.

At this point, I think it's more that the honeymoon period is wearing off. It's always fun and exciting for about the first year, then you have to put a little work into it and the rest of your relationship has to be stable to continue on. But this is a problem most couples face, and there are plenty of ways to do it.

Costumes. Lingerie. Toys. Handcuffs. Blindfolds. A sexy tape. A game of strip poker. A book of positions which will give you some you've not tried. These are all ways to spice it up, but it's probably not that big a deal. I'm not a guy, but I've never had a guy complain it was getting boring. Usually, sex makes them pretty happy as long as it happens and there is some variation of foreplay, positions, etc. But you can use the above ideas, and hopefully that will help you give your love life a little spice.
