I get a wet spot in my underwear when I get turned on in general. My body's reaction doesn't recognize a difference between public and private, lol. But it's not like anyone would notice, unless I've got my pants off and they're for some reason near my crotch. =P My underwear might get damp but it doesn't soak through to other layers past that.
