Well I would have to say that what drives my boyfriend crazy is when I give him a hand job and suck the tip of his d*ck at the same time it drives him wild and will have him wanting you so much more, but do be careful because when you decide not to have sex doing sexual things can sometimes cause you both 2 not be able to stop once you get started. good luck
As for what to do to drive him crazy - everyone else seems to have some good advice, just be prepared for what is going to happen once you drive him to the brink.
