It's really a matter of opinion. You have to figure out what you figure sex is. To me, no, oral is not actual sex. It's foreplay, or something to do instead of having sex.

people have mentioned your hymen being intact still, and that's true, with oral, your hymen is probably still intact, but fingering could cause it to break, too. Even things like sports could cause it to break, sooo.

What sgyntz said is true. but to me in the day and age we are in I say oral sex is happening like sex was ten years ago so you are not a virgin if you have had oral sex. that's just me and my opinion
