When a guy gets an erection from a girl in front of them, they normally won't find it rude. This sounds a bit odd..but theyd feel it was really cute that you couldn't help it and also probably feel very flattered.
When girls check out guys, they go from bottom to top..so if there is an unmissable bulge we will notice it.
Where they choose to look really depends on the girl.

Believe it or not, most girls do think about penises. Probably not as often as guys think about girls naked though. And the erection part it really depends. Does the girl like you or are you just some random guy that is getting an erection by looking at a girl he doesn't know? If it's the second one, the girl is going to get creeped out, especially if she isn't attracted to you. But if it is somebody that you know and is somewhat attracted to you, she might be flattered.

It's funny because me and my girl friends at school are always wondering about what our guy friends' penises look like, and how big they are. I secretly feel a huge amount of self satisfaction when I'm like dancing with a guy and he gets a hard on. I don't get offended by it if I personally know the guy because I know it's just a normal reaction and he's not some kind of creepy perv. Honestly though I think penises are hideous...i don't mind them I just think they're ugly just like I think vaginas are ugly too lol.
