Press down a little harder than normal, run your tongue along his lips, run your fingers through his hair. That usually does it for me. ;-)

Bite his lower lip and pull him closer as you lay down on your back...then go from there.

Lol first of all, They? how many are there lol, and are you having sex with them after your done kissing? cause if you are then that's probably why "they" come back for more lol

If you haven't already, try biting the lips a bit. You could also try strategically moving your hands around his upper body, hair, neck, ears, chest, stomach, back. its not all about the lips.
