Technical virginity indicates that a penis has entered your vagina. However, virginity also connotes wholesomeness, chastity, moral purity, and lack of sexual experience--you definitely crossed that line by quite a bit. Yes, you lost something important. I am not judging because I know the drive is powerful and lots of well-meaning young men and women stumble across that line, but the regrettable part is that you don't regret doing it at all. Some of your innocence is gone forever.

Since you posted this over a month ago I would imagine that the line of technical virginity has also been crossed, but even if it hasn't what is the value of technical virginity if it is no accompanied by chastity, wholesomeness, moral purity, and innocence?

Yes you are, in order not to be a virgin, you need to have vaginal penetration. BTW take your time. wait till your realy ready.

My opinion of not being a virgin is if you had sex. Which you did not just oral.
You have to decide if this is something that you want to do again or think about for a while so that you are not confused.

the medical definition of not being a virgin is having sexual intercourse with a member of the opposite sex(AKA penis into your vagina). so technically your still a virgin

its about how you feel you decide what virginity means to you! there are many peoples opinions but its only yours that counts so you decide and who cares what others think! hope I helped.

You might be a virgin down there medically but you are no virgin anymore...Remember Sex is in ORAL SEX...so think about it in a spirtual perspective do you honestly believe you are still a virgin and if not you go with that gut instinct... Virgin in a spritual Biblical sense and just common sense stands for being pure and untouched especially in the genital area...

Let me tell you something. Talking scientifically, no having oral sex does not make you "less" a virgin because your hymen was not broken during oral sex. It's good that you both enjoyed it because there is nothing better than having pleasure that you feel comfortable with. Many couples that are not sexually active tend to go for oral sex because it's not actually intercourse sex. it's also great that your partner, your boyfriend, didn't pressure you to have oral sex. Because you say you love him, you of course feel comfortable with him and that's great because it's better when you are with a partner that makes you feel comfortable when it comes to sexual activities. if you don't regret having oral sex, then if you feel comfortable going along with it, I don't see why should feel confused or not try it again. It's scientifically proven that it doesn't make your virginity go away, so at least that problem is out of the way. But rememeber, as long as you are comfortable and don't feel pressured, then go right ahead. Happy pleasures. :)

Lets be honest: How many couples can you name that were boyfriend/girlfriend at 16 stayed together to get married at a reasonable age say 21 to 25. It's very very rare.

At least you are thinking about this, and something tells me that somewhere in your upbringing staying a virgin for the hubby has been planted in your mind. That is a great thing and something so very few newly weds get to share together.

Opinions on virginity vary considerably among groups and individuals. In my personal opinion you are a virgin until penetrated by a penis, but also I do not condone school kids playing hide the finger and suck the weenie!
