It depends. Being a virgin at 19 in it self is not a bad thing, but it really all depends on what you want. If you are purposely saving your virginity for the right time then that is not a bad thing at all. However, if you want to have sex, but you haven't had the opportunity, then that could be considered a bad thing. Its all in your own opinion. No one else should tell you if what you are doing is bad or good. You have to decide for yourself.
