Well, I have no experience in that department, but I noticed you said he wants it and you don't want him to get bored with you... I think if you have any reservations about it at all you need to tell him and he should respect that. Opening your relationship up to a third party can be a risky move and I wouldn't do something like that just to keep someone from getting bored.

I've never actually had a threesome. . But, if it's something you really don't want to try, you need to be brave enough to let him know that. If it was me being asked by a girl for a threesome, and if I didn't want to do it, I'd politely decline, even at the risk of not getting any at all.
I would only do it if YOU really want to try it, not just because you don't want your Boyfriend to get bored with you.
One thing I would also suggest, and I do this from personal experience, is that if you do have a threesome, have two threesomes. One where there is an extra girl and the next with an extra guy. that way you both can have some extra fun.
I have done a lot of things in my past...so here is my input. These are slippery slopes. First, don't do it for him, do it for you. If your really interested in doing this, then do it while your single and dating, because when you find a guy you 'really' like and that feeling is mutual, this is not a real option. Very little can come from a threesome for couples looking for a long term relationship.
If you think dating is tough, wait until your serious or even married, you'll have all you can handle just keeping the two of you happy in the same room...a third will be a distant memory if your smart.
