The fact that he made that kinda rude comment tells me he was leaving everything up to you. It sounds like he was about ready to come when he started moaning so maybe you slowed down when it was time for you to speed things up. I think a guy should be getting involved when receiving a hj. If he had been participating that way, I think you'd done great since you said you thought you were doing great. Asking you to go faster, slower, more gentle or harder, etc, can do wonders. When he said, "way to finish" he would have meant that literally, and not as some snide remark. Next time, ask him to guide you so that doesn't happen again. If it was your fault at all, it probably was his as well as yours.
