If it's painful for anyone, it will be painful for the girl, not the guy. When a girl loses her virginity, a thin membrane (the hymen) is broken. The thickness of the membrane will determine how much pressure is required to break it--if it's thick, it could take a lot of pressure, which would result in more pain. For the average girl, it's probably a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable.
I personally think that you both should wait until you're older, since you're barely at the age of consent. You may be physically ready for the act, but your emotional maturity is not complete.
