Sometimes girls use sex as a sort of weapon--maybe she's doesn't feel like she has control over the relationship and uses sexual denial to gain that control. I would agree with Acuzio, your best bet might be to end the relationship and try to find a girl whose appetites match your own.
This is not a good situation to be in. Unless you are really in love with this girl, you should really consider leaving, because it doesn't sound like she's interested in trying to have a fairness to the relationship.
You're in a relationship with a girl who has a much lower sex drive than you. Unless you can convince her to do it more often, you'll have to deal with what she gives you now. If you feel that your needs aren't being met, your only course of action is to end the relationship.
