Yeah, I don't think a lot of guys like the tying up thing. Maybe take off his clothes slowly, and we love it when girls get desperate trying to take our pants off too. It;s a lot of fun when you are girl works herself to your penis, its all worth it.
For me, I'd probably prefer to skip the tie up. Rather just make me sit and enjoy. And follow no hands strip club rules, where you can grind on him or whatever, but he keeps his hands to himself. He can do it because guys have to do this for thousands of pro lap dances every day. If he breaks the rule, (playfully) end the striptease until he agrees to follow the rules. But, I don't really like bindings, that's just me.
Avoid taking such a "long time" that he gets frustrated and blue if you know what I mean. 10 or 20 minutes of strip is long enough to at least get started with the oral. Or at least pay attention to what seems to be the right time for him and don't overdo it.

I would love for that to happen, I was in a similar situation previously and it was amazing. The thing to be weary of are very simple. Guys are very controlling creatures by nature and giving up that much control is hard to do for some. Just make sure you are reassuring while you are doing it. Tell him how much you love doing it for him and be very conscience of his reactions. Guys usually won't admit weakness so if something hurts or bothers them they may not let you know and that my deter the pleasure or wanting to do it again so go slow and pay attention to body movements and facial expressions
