Why do girls wear cotton panties?

Cotton is cheaper. :) LOL.

Seriously, though, I'm not a fan of nylon panties. I like cotton much better. Now, some cotton panties are going to be more comfortable than others, even if the style is the same, just depending on the quality of the fabric and the brand and how they're put together. But I typically wear cotton for everyday and I think they're perfectly comfortable.

How would you know nylon underwear feels "so good" . . . ? 0.o

Nylon can make you sweat which might cause a smell,and as everyone else said cotton lets you breathe down there, also they're comfier.

They breathe and don't give you spectacular wedgies. At least, those are my reasons. :)

Nylon may feel good, but cotton is so much more comfortable.

Hygienic reasons - cotton pulls moisture out, nylon holds it in and can lead to infections

Comfort is another reason, who wants a sweaty crotch all day ?

They dry a lot faster and are more absorbent.
