Honestly I kind of like when a girl has fine dark arm hair. Haha It usually goes a long with dark feature and I find it really sexy. I'm not much of fan of blondes anyway. Give me an exotic girl with dark feature and dark arm hair any day! Haha
Not every girl is blessed with short blonde arm hair. Usually it's the dark haired girls who have more of a problem with dark noticeable hair. But I think it's perfectly ok to shave your arms. I know lots of girls that do it. A pain in the butt, but I think it definitely makes the arms sexier and more smooth.
