Make Up Tips?

Hmmm, Well Your links don't really work sorry, but I'll do the best I can anyways :)
So, Yes definitely mascara and/or eyeliner,
Then maybe white glittery eyeshadow
And if your going for a softer look try using gray liner instread of black, black can be a bit dramatic and maight not go well with the white eyeshadow, but then its all in how it looks on YOU.
Hmmmm, let me see, then you might try some coverup and a TINY TINY! amount of blush.
For the mascara by the way, in my opinion it always looks best to be dramatic as possible, by this meaning not Rimmel London Commercial Dramatic, just long and fuller than normal, it has a huge effect and will bring out your eyes a ton. :)
Lips! Depending on your dress and over-all appearence basis, you can choose what looks best, lip GLOSS or lip STICK. Lip gloss is good for a cuter "softer", hmm, hot or whatever look. Lip stick would be more mature looking, and its (for me) hard to keep on with all the talking and eating you'd be doing lol For colors, I'd just go with either a clear sparkly one or a light pink one, or depending on your skin color, just chose what "Fits" you. Remember YOUR the realy judge on this, I'm just telling you what *I* would do. :D
