I guarantee you a guy will notice you if you wear a skirt; and it doesn't even have to be short! Its always amazed me that girls don't wear them much anymore. Such a shame; legs are one of a girl's best features.

Girls, if you don't believe this, try wearing both pants or a skirt or dress. See which you get the most looks from guys with. I'll bet on the dress.

I think a sophisticated black dress or red dress something simple and dress it up with some heels I love pointsand also hair that isn't over done blow wave your hair and for a touch of glam curl the ends then seperate the curls so they're nice and loose
