Is smoking that bad of a turn off?

Yes, smoking is the biggest turn off there is . It is a repulsing habit, and the fact is that it doesn't even give you any good feelings .
It destroys the person's body slowly and steals away all your beauty and youth .
I would not date a smoker .

Yes it is disgusting and nothing comes from it, I wouldn't even think of being with a girl that does so, I want to be with someone who cares about keeping her body healthy.

Yes. Its a real turn-off with me! No matter what you do, you can still smell the smoke on you. It gets in your hair, clothes, everything.

I actually broke up with a really great girl because of cigarettes.. Incidentally, I'm not a crusader......I have an asthma condition that is aggravated by this. Do yourself a favor; either quit, or never start this habit!

Smoking is a huge turn off for me. Smokers don't know how bad they smell until they stop smoking. I always feel bad when I see smoking parents tell their kid to hold their cigarette while they do something. Just the act of holding a lit cigarette makes a persons hands stink. My state does not allow smoking in bars or clubs anymore. I remember they did allow it! I use to come home and shower and when I wet my head I could smell all the smoke pour out!

not to mention, a raspy voice, wrinkles, black lungs, yellowish brown teeth, nasty breathe, oh and knowing that there is a higher risk of the person having cancer.

It's an unhealthy habit, so for most people, the knowledge that you smoke will be a turn-off.

I personally can't stand the smell of cigarettes, I find it to be a big turn off even if you can't notice it on someone. If you don't smoke around a non-smoker, to me it still leaves that image in the back of my mind, knowing that that person smokes which I don't like.
