Do most college relationships last?

I know a couple that's been dating for 2 years. Is that a long time?
Their 19 and 22. This is the girls first relationship. I heard that everyone has breaks up.

  • My boyfriend and I are both 24, have been dating for almost 3 years. So basically since the beginning of our second year of uni or something?

I know at least 3-4 couples that have been together since the start of uni, so for a couple of years as well.

  • That's a decent amount. There's no time table. I know some that lasted a couple months and I know a few who are already or going to get married

What Girls Said 3

  • It's not uncommon, just depends on the people.
I met husband when I was 18, he was 22. We had a rocky start but we're solid now and have been for years.

  • I'm still in a relationship I got into while in college. Together for over 2 years so far.

  • Statistically they won't last, and they shouldn't. That's too young to be in a serious relationship
