Does any one have a good way to curb depression without out movies or writting/ journaling? I'm talking about enlightened media sources?

I'm also not trying to call a hot line.. cause I'll just make a habit out of it.. but any suggestions are appreciated

  • It doesn't really work. You need to find the MAJOR cause of the depression and cure it.
