Well, a few signs like she shows up coincidentally in places you tend to be, makes up excuses to talk to you, looks hotter than she was before, cares about whether or not she says something hurtful etc, and other reasons/ signs not mentioned.

However doesn't necessarily mean that is she exhibits one or a combination of these that she is pining for you. You could try the most direct way; talking to her in private about that.
