I've never cheated while in a relationship, nor have I been cheated on to the best of my knowledge. I've broken up with people when I felt that the girl and I were no longer compatible. That being said, I never thought it was justified that I would cheat, so I didn't do it. You man up, tell the girl you don't want to be with her any longer if you aren't feeling anything for her and move on. It is far more respectful that way even if it hurts her feelings in the long run. Who wants to be known as the girl who was cheated on? Don't be a man whore, just tell her the truth and let both of you move on. That's my take.

Why don't the poll options match the question :| fail! And I never would. Cheating needs to be a crime punishable by floggings in public! (not really, but it is disgusting).
My question exactly. I do not, and will not, ever understand this. If you want out, get out. Don't drag other people down because of your sorry *ss self. But then... if they were stand up people, they wouldn't be doing this anyway, would they?
I only hope there is karma...
My sister is doing this right now. She broke up with her boyfriend and now suddenly she's going out with some other guy. She's still friends with her ex-boyfriend and he told me that he still wants to marry her. So he's still waiting for her to come back to him.
Cowards and selfish.. only out for themselves. The person they get with too are just as bad!

some people just need to be in relationships, serial daters, some people are in love with the idea of being in love and do it for the fun of it and are not necessarily deeply connected to whom they date
Only disrespectful people of the lowest calibre would do this.
Everyone has it in them to cheat!
