Is it too late to make a move?

Ok so this very attractive girl and I have noticed each other a lot in my HR class (all classes started a week ago). We make eye contact all the time and she stretches/plays with her hair a lot in between. Yesterday walking out of class, we made like a 3 second long gaze at each other (which seemed like forever) and then she used the same door I do which she hasn't ever done before. She was ahead of me so I didn't think much of it and continued on in a different direction. Did she want me to make a move/talk to her? And if so is it too late to talk her after next class or something? Like if she did want me to talk to her, and since I didn't, will she give up? I know, I'm a junior in college and I probably sound like a middle school girl er something lol...

Making waaaaaay too big a deal out of this. What does it matter if she "wanted" you to talk to her or not? Go up and talk to her. Any old reason will do. You might think you've come up with a smooth reason but she'll probably see through it and one of two things will happen: 1. She'll be open to your approach, knowing that your reason was simply manufactured to come talk to her or 2. She'll blow you off, and it saves you the time of ever making another iota of effort or one more moment of worry as to "whether or not she's interested in me".

You could eliminate so much stress and confusion by just acting the moment you decide there's some interest on your part, instead of torturing yourself all week with the "what if?" questions. Is it hard? Sure. Scary, it definitely can be. It gets easier the more you do it. Talking to completely strangers isn't some talent that you either have or you don't, it's a skill that gets better with practice. Plus, action displays confidence, which can only help your cause.

Basically, the whole idea is- Don't wonder if the other person is interested or not, create interest. Unless you're a Calvin Cline model or something like that, chances are there won't be a ton of inherent interest. That's totally irrelevant. You make yourself known and create interest out of your personality and confidence. That's what matters.

Look if you like this girl and think there is something there then take a chance and make a move, go and talk to her. YES it can be nerve racking and a little scarey but after you speak to her you should know whether or not she likes you (^^,) Good Luck!
