Code of Conduct

GirlsAskGuys is a social utility that enables people to ask questions based on relationships to other people or answer other's questions, read other people's questions, answers, comments, read or write editorials and send messages to one another. We want GirlsAskGuys to be a place where people respect the rights and feelings of others, including third party intellectual property rights. Therefore, we have established certain rules for using GirlsAskGuys and for posting questions, answers, messages, comments, editorials, photos, images, video, music and other content ("Content") on GirlsAskGuys, which rules are set forth in our Terms of Use and in this User Code of Conduct. WHEN YOU USE GIRLSASKGUYS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ABIDE BY THE USER CODE OF CONDUCT AND THE OTHER RULES SET FORTH IN OUR TERMS OF USE. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS CODE OF CONDUCT AND THE TERMS OF USE MAY RESULT, AMONG OTHER THINGS, IN TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND THE DELETION OF CONTENT THAT YOU HAVE POSTED ON GIRLSASKGUYS, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, AS DETERMINED BY GIRLSASKGUYS IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. Please refer to our Terms of Use for more information about the rules applicable to your use of GIRLSASKGUYS and the other rights and remedies of GirlsAskGuys.
GirlsAskGuys may allow you to upload and share user generated Content with other users, such as photographs and videos you upload from your camera, webcam or mobile phone. This means that you may post and share original photographs and video that are of a personal nature that: are of you or your friends, are taken by you or your friends, or are original creation of you or your friends. It is not intended as a place for you to post third-party copyrighted content. In addition, we expect our users to use good judgment and respect the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of others. While we also believe users should be able to express themselves and their point of view, certain kinds of speech simply do not belong in a community like GirlsAskGuys. Therefore,
- using information or content you obtained on the GirlsAskGuys website or service in any manner not authorized by the GirlsAskGuys Code of Conduct or Terms of Use;
- engaging in any predatory or stalking conduct;
- harassing, intimidating, making threats or bullying another person;
- exploiting people in a sexual manner;
- soliciting information from anyone under the age of 18;
- soliciting passwords, personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
- furthering or promoting any criminal activity;
- using the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site;
- registering for more than one User account, for a User account on behalf of an individual other that yourself, or registering for a User account on behalf of any group or entity;
- conducting criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material;
- using automated scripts to collect information from or otherwise interact with the Service or the Site;
- advertising to, or solicitation of, any other user of the Website by means of unauthorized advertising including but not limited to solicitations, promotional materials, "junk mail", "Spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation;
- impersonating a person or entity other than you;
- misrepresenting or falsely stating yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
- using any information obtained from the GirlsAskGuys site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
- collecting email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service or the Site by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
- posting or share any Content that infringes upon or violates the copyright, trademarks or other rights of any third party;
- attempting to circumvent any content filtering techniques we may employ;
- uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, storing or otherwise making publicly available any videos, pictures, images, music, sound files other than those that are yours, your friends', are created, taken, recorded, captured by you or your friends;
- uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, storing or otherwise making publicly available on the Site any private information of any third party, including, but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
- uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, storing or otherwise making publicly available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, storing or otherwise making publicly available content that would constitute, encourage or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national or international law;
- uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, storing or otherwise making publicly available content that, in the sole judgment of Company, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose Company or its users to any harm or liability of any type;
- uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, storing or otherwise making publicly available content that contains nudity, depicts graphic or gratuitous violence, or offensive subject matter, or is offending, harmful, defamatory, derogatory, demeaning, malicious, threatening, unlawful, infringing, abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable,
are not permitted by the GirlsAskGuys Code of Conduct or Terms of Use. As an online service provider, GirlsAskGuys is not responsible for the conduct of our users.
This Content Code of Conduct is subject to change at any time at GirlsAskGuys' sole discretion.
