GirlsAskGuys is a social website that enables people to ask questions about relationships, answer others' questions, read or write editorials, send messages to one another and more! We want GirlsAskGuys to be a place where people respect the rights and feelings of others, including third-party intellectual property rights. Therefore, we have established certain rules for using GirlsAskGuys and for any activity that takes place on the GirlsAskGuys website. The activities listed below are some of the reasons why your questions or answers might have been removed or why your account might have been suspended. Why was my question removed?
If you:
- Posted or shared any Content that violates the copyright, trademarks or other rights of any third party;
- Uploaded or posted videos, pictures, images, music, sound files other than those that are yours or your friends';
- Uploaded or posted any private information of any third party, including (but not limited to) addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
- Uploaded or posted any material that contains software viruses;
- Uploaded or posted content that would constitute instructions for a criminal offense;
- Uploaded or posted content that contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter;
- Advertised to any other user of the website by means of unauthorized advertising;
Your questions, answers, comments, profile images, personal information or any other content you have provided will be removed.
Why was my account suspended?
If you:
- Performed any activities listed above once or repeatedly;
- Harassed, intimidated, threatened or bullied another person;
- Exploited people in a sexual manner;
- Engaged in any predatory or stalking conduct;
- Solicited information from anyone under the age of 18;
- Furthered or promoted any criminal activity;
- Impersonated a person or entity other than you;
- Solicited passwords and/or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
- Misrepresented or falsely stated yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Attempted to circumvent any content filtering techniques we may employ;
- Used the site in any manner that could damage the site;
- Registered for more than one user account or registered for a user account on behalf of an individual other than yourself;
- Conducted criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, or trafficking in obscene material;
- Used information or content you obtained on the GirlsAskGuys website or service in any manner not authorized by the GirlsAskGuys Code of Conduct or Terms of Use;
