Sometimes I'm too Italian

My vietnamese girl friend invited me out to her family's restaurant. I had met her family there before, because that's where I had met her.

This was a more formal occasion, however, with us being served by the whole family.


Her sister was serving us, a real pretty girl and a total flirt as well. I knew her fairly well, so when she playfully asked if I liked her or her sister better, I jokingly gave her a swat on her tight skirt and said, "You know better than to ask that..'

This might have been OK, but not in front of her parents. They didn't seem angry but I found out later SHE was in big trouble with them. Vietnamese parents don't spare the rod, and she got a terrible spanking after the restaurant closed, even at age 20.

My girl friend was furious at me for a long time afterward, and her sister never spoke to me again!
