The saying goes something like this "Before you can go into a relationship you must first be happy with yourself and not having to be in one." And yet so many people are never truly happy being on their own. You will even see it here Gagers asking why they can't find someone or get someone for themselves. In fact most people seem to have a big problem just being by themselves they constantly crave a relationship or companionship. Why is that? Is it human nature to always seek companionship? Or is it human nature to feel wanted? Or is it simply human nature to escape the worst feeling of all we all dread - isolation? Can we ever truly be ok with being alone for the rest of our lives without a partner? Or are we programmed to seek out a partner until were no longer living.
