I admit that I am like 6'0'' 170 lbs and I get pissed off when a taller more jacked guy walks by me.. I think "WHY THE F*CK DOES HE GET TO BE SO HUGE AND RIPPED AND I DON'T?" lol I get kinda mad even though I dont express it.

My boyfriend is 6'5 and 190. However... that doesn't seem to be an option. He really wants to gain weight but I think he looks perfectly fine. He's a swimmer so he's all muscle and very thin. I'm fairly certain he's something like 7% body fat.

However, 250 lbs sounds terrifyingly large. So I'll go with the 6' and 175. That's like my dad :p

Yeah, I'm 5'8, ~190 lbs but I don't really look fat. And being short is way more fucking annoying. But, luckily, the girls I've liked are still my height or shorter so that's all that matters to me.

I'm 6'1" and all those heights are fine with me. The guy should be a healthy weight and definitely not huge and ripped. A fit body is very attractive but a body builder type isn't, at least to me. My fiance is 6'4" and maybe 200-210 lbs, with a fit athletic build. Just perfect for me.

I have seen 6'4", lol. Actually know one guy who is 6'6", and another who was about 6'3" maybe 6'4". He had to duck to get in my door.
It's attractive in itself but not a requirement by any means. The thing is that the taller the guy the more likely he is to be skinny and lanky rather than built unless he's a football player or something.

@JBunch you must have a fast metabolism, I train 6 days a week just to stay at my current weight. I weighed 130 when I was 18 so I have filled out quite a bit because I trained quite a lot.

@Jbunch you need to train like an animal in the gym, focus on these exercises (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Shoulder Press, Pull Ups) and start light. Look up a program called Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe, read the book cover to cover and start eating more meals. Aim for 5 meals a day and prepare them beforehand, storing them in tupperware containers. eat 130 grams protein per day minimum , and 3500 calories minimum, eat lots of carbs from fruit, rice, potatoes, and of course lots of chicken and steak. Add Peanut Butter and oils to your meals for extra calories, and keep your body hungry by training LIKE AN ANIMAL, don't even think about overtraining, train like a nutcase every day if you have to, your body will tell you when you need to rest.
