The last two weeks we have been off and on with texting. Then on Sunday, my crush told me that I needed a snap chat and instagram. She said she would snap chat me everyday.

Does it sound like she would prefer to snapchat instead of text? Is it a good sign she wants to snapchat me?

I am not opposed to getting those two, if it means we get closer. Is this a good sign that she wants me to have these two things?

Snapchatting is just texting with pictures. Some people prefer it, just because it's what's cool currently. Thus, having a snapchat will make you appear cooler, which would make you more desirable. I think you should go for it. This is an opportunity to communicate with her, and to show her that you're fun.
