Do you know where this line is from?

I may have my first date/kiss soon, and after the first initial kiss I want to say "Then have my lips the sin that they have took" but I'm worried the guy won't know where the line is from. Do you know where this line is from?

  • Yeah you shouldn't say some shit like that

    He'll just be thinking
"Now I have to pretend that meant something to me"

  • I knew where it was from, but I don't think you should plan ahead for this kind of thing. Just be in the moment and let it happen organically. You'll be thankful you did, trust me.

  • No and it sounds weird, better not. Plus it'll probably sound like you've been waiting to say that and that's weird

  • No, he probably won't know where that is from.

Why don't you just enjoy the kiss, and say something like "That was great?" and smile.

    So simple!

At least he won't give you a look like..."What?" when you say that?
It may throw him completely off.

  • Romeo and juliet? but... don't say that.. that's only semi~ok in movies... that's way to corny and weird... unless he's weird like that, it will be awkward... o.0

    • Did that play last year in theatre! So fun!

    • I love Romeo and Juliet so much! Which is why I considered saying that in the middle of the kiss. Either that one or "You kiss by the book", which was pretty much Juliet's way of saying that Romeo was a good kisser, if you think about it!

  • I guessed they it was Shakespeare but, I couldn't pinpoint which play to be honest. Pretty sad since I'm an English lit major.
