  • Yes, any strong religious affiliation is a deal breaker. If I have kids one day with her I don't want here indoctrination them before they have a chance to decide what they think for themselves. I don't want them being pressured into what to believe. My mother tried that but my father did the exact opposite not telling me what to believe and just saying we should all figure out our own answers and what works for us as individuals. Having seen both sides, I'd rather avoid the forcing children thing.

    So it is important, yeah.

  • I'm an atheist so not really, I couldn't ever date some religious fanatic – fortunately, I think they couldn't date me either, though ^^;

  • Yes. If someone is a devout religious person, I could not date them. We would be too much at odds.

  • I think religion is stupid. If my partner is a fanatic and won't shut up about it and how sinful am... well... dont think it will work.

  • I couldn't imagine having a relationship with someone who was religiously fervent or a follower of a cult-like religion like Mormonism or Seventh day Adventist. Just belonging to a religion is an ordinarily observant way is no problem.
