How to be a sociable person in college when you already have "a group"?

I am already in my second year of college and I notice a lot that when me and my group of friends go out, we never actually know anyone new. We just stay with each other, have fun with each other, which I love, a lot. But I would love to know someone new (a potential boyfriend, who knows) and it's very hard because we are always on this circle.

What can I do to change this? I guess you can understand what I am talking about.

  • You reach out to someone of interest while walking from rest room, bar or ask them to dance, then bring them back to your table. These new rings will either intertwine with yours or maybe some will stick = broken circles will join & increase yours every time you go out, at least until their circles show up.
