No, probably not. You don't want to come off as a slut or something. But go ahead and try to make him interested. Then you might actually start a relationship whereas if you "kissed him out of the blue" it would likely become a one-nighter.
From personal experience, women who can assert themselves and give sexual instructions to a man for their own gratification are very hot, happy, and content.
