I need diet and exercise plans to lose 20pounds?

A little about myself I'm 5 foot tall, weigt 122lbs, and am 14 years old. I need tips on what to eat and exercises to do. Also how long will it take to lose 20 pounds ( I want to lose them fast)

  • You are a healthy weight and you don't need to lose weight. Dont cut your calories too much or you won't grow taller (seriously). Just exercise a lot. Join a sport and play outside. Dont eat pizza everyday but you dont need to diet.
