If a guy you're dating says that it's good. It basically means you are so beautiful that you are hard to approach or that people might only care about your looks and not your personality. Just that your beauty could end up hurting you.

I'd need more context. It could mean he thinks you're a pain in the ass but you're so beautiful that he's willing to put up with thing he wouldn't put up with if you were less beautiful.
