How to deal with mixed feelings after getting back together?

I think it's natural for everyone, once they get back together to have mixed feelings on if they've made the right decision or not. We've only been back together a week and a half so things are still awkward. I still feel a range of negative and positive emotions about the other person and I just want to know if I should explore them, shrug them off and know they'll pass or what? Since it is all still fresh, making a decision to explore the feelings and say something to her might not be the best idea. But ignoring and putting the feelings off also might not be a good idea. Suggestions?
