A few months ago, starting in January, my ears started to ring. Like, I hear ringing. It isn't all day, and it's more in my right ear. I just hear ringing a lot especially when I lay down, and that's everynight. I just want to know what's going on?

tinnitus probably. Can't be helped medically. Goes away in its own time

Many things can bring it on. Mine comes from medication. It can come from trauma to the head.. it's not good makes you feel dizzy.
It could be a buildup of earwax. Go get your ears cleaned.
I had the same thing a couple of months. It went away eventually. So relax.
Sounds more like a question to ask a doctor or the internet, not the collective guys on this website.
