It's not something I would do (though I *am* seriously considering a BR), but I can't really dictate what other people are going to do with their bodies. Then there's the issue of cancer patients or whatever having their scars reduced, or people getting a rhinoplasty after having their nose broken or whatever. The point is, unless you look more silicone than human, it probably wouldn't put me off that much.
Depends on why they had it done. Reconstructive is understandable or if you had a massive nose that you wanted smaller or you wanted to pin your big ears back. Other than that, no, I'd probably not be okay with it.

I have been with a girl with augmented breasts. While it did improve her confidence and made her seem happier within herself, they just felt wrong. They were no longer fun in the bedroom (I concede that that's not their main purpose), and yeah bigger and way way firmer isn't always better.
As long as it's not over done then yes. Some people are born with fucked up shit. It happens. You got a cleft lip that some doc didn't do right or your nose points one direction. As long as you don't look fake and it's good idc.

The only way I would date someone with plastic surgery is if he was in an accident or situation where he needed it.

Depends on how much surgery they've undergone. If it was one or a few minor alterations, like chin tucks, it wouldn't matter to me. If they've had so much surgery that they look like a totally different person, it would be a dealbreaker.
