In general long hair always looks better, but there are rare cases of girls that look great with short hair.

She looks amaaaaaazing she actually looks better with short hair than long hair in my opinion. But she's a rare case I don't really know any other girls that look that look better withnshort hair. There's just something so feminine and elegant and beautiful about the long hair that's hard to match. So don't cut your hair, there's probably over a 90% chance that it won't look that good on you :P.

Generally long to me, often associated with femininity by our society. I find the very rare case of women who do also look good to me with short hair to be extraordinary though.

They often require very feminine features in spite of their hairstyle, like thinner, elegant neck, narrow face, things of this sort to look very appealing to me, but those that can pull it off tend to be quite stunning.

For most though, I would prefer longer hair, and generally the ones who could pull off short hair beautifully tend to also look just as nice with longer/medium-length hair.

It depends.

Some hairstyles and hair lengths look better on certain face shapes.

Most guys will say long hair. However, in my experience what guys call long hair is what girls call medium length.

Guys say long and they generally mean hair around the shoulder/clavicle, whereas when girls say long hair they're thinking of really long like waist length.

Yeah so I really mean medium length. Too long is just weird and not attractive at all. I had this one short Indian girl in my class before and her hair almost touched the ground!!!

I think it depends on the girl. Not every girl can pull off either one and long hair doesn't mean thick, pretty, and full of volume, which I'm sure is what most people are thinking lol

It all depends on a womans facial structure and how her hair frames her face.. some look good with long straight hair other look good with short so it all depends

I've dated women with long hair a couple of times. Otherwise, I only go out with women with short hair and outgoing, bubbly personalities. I have traveled to 45 countries and am very outgoing. I talk to a lot of people in my work. Still, for some reason, I find short hair attractive and long hair pretty much... eh, not interested.

I think EVERYONE looks better with long hair. Women of all shapes and sizes look better with it, even men look better with it, in my opinion.

We pulled it off just fine for hundreds of thousands of years (same as women), until it became "normal" for us to cut it, and for them to grow it.

Yeah true but that's the point- it's more modern for a guy to have short hair and girls long hair. It's not like no men can have short hair just like not all girls need short hair. You can choose what ever you want yourself to look like whether it's stupid or not. Most people these days just go with the flow and base their decisions off of other people's opinions/thoughts
