Depends. I have to be honest. I need to be attracted to her and find her attractive. If she isn't attractive because of the deformity, why would I date her? Just like looks aren't everything, neither is personality. It isn't right to date someone because you feel sorry for them. Also, you should never feel shallow or guilty to go after what you like and want in a SO.

As long as the features are still there and look good it's alright, but i don't think i could date someone who's missing an eye or something.

Um.. probably not but I guess it really depends on what it is. I care a lot about looks. Call me shallow or whatever but I do need to be physically attracted to the person I'm with. If the deformity is extreme enough for me to not be attracted to that person then it's a no go.
