Does I'll let you know mean what it says or is it a no?

Me and this guy have had some fun together but not had full sex yet. He had gone a little quiet so I asked when he was free. He said it would have to be the end of the week and he'd let me know. I then worried I was pushing him into it and said he didn't have to meet up again if we didn't want to. He said no he was up for it. I asked if I was being too pushy or forward as he's quite shy, and he said it's all good.

so is the I'll let you know a genuine one or a no?
